Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 cup blended cottage cheese

  • 1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles

  • 1 TBSP or more of pickle juice

  • 3 or 4 chopped chives

  • Sprinkle of ranch seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup fried Dilly’s for topping


Preparation Instructions

  • Combine cottage cheese and Greek yogurt

  • Add in chopped pickles, chives, pickle juice, and seasonings

  • Top with fried pickles or add some fresh dill

  • Enjoy with veggies, pretzels or crackers!
