Ingredients (4 servings)
1 cup blended cottage cheese
1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1 TBSP or more of pickle juice
3 or 4 chopped chives
Sprinkle of ranch seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup fried Dilly’s for topping
Preparation Instructions
Combine cottage cheese and Greek yogurt
Add in chopped pickles, chives, pickle juice, and seasonings
Top with fried pickles or add some fresh dill
Enjoy with veggies, pretzels or crackers!
