Ingredients (6 Servings)

  • 1 pound of chicken

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 can of Rotel (or the knock off tomatoes and green chiles)

  • 1 can of drained black beans

  • You’ll measure the ranch powder with your heart

  • 1 brick of lower fat cream cheese and

  • a bit of chili powder

  • a bit of cumin



Preparation Instructions

  • Mix all ingratiates in a crock pot

  • Cook on high 4 hours or low for 8 hours

  • When finished cooking shred chicken and mix

  • Serve as is or with tortilla chips for dipping
