  • 1/2 c quick oats

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites

  • PB2



Preparation Instructions

  • Mix together

  • microwave for 90 seconds

  • Stir the mixture around and microwave for 60 more seconds

  • Optional: add peanut butter and cinnamon, frozen or fresh berries, bananas or honey!
