Ingredients (4 servings)
1 cup all-purpose four
1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp. baking powder
optional: egg wash, seasonings
Preparation Instructions
Combine the flour, yogurt, and baking powder in a bowl until thickened. Use your hands and begin forming into a ball of dough.
Once combined, cut your dough into four sections and roll each section into a long piece. Form it into the shape of a bagel.
Add to a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
