At Get to Not Have To, we believe health isn’t something you "win" — it’s a way of life. For me, staying healthy means being intentional about how I train and fuel my body, building systems that make healthy choices easier, and showing up for myself even on the hard days. It’s about cultivating discipline, keeping promises to myself, and staying consistent, one step at a time.
I don’t work out and eat well because I have to — I’m grateful because I get to. That mindset has transformed my journey, and I want to help you experience the same.
